On 16th August, 2017 “Ryazan Machine Tools” shipped special heavy-duty lathe RT117F1-10 model, DBC 10 m, load capacity 8000 kg to one of our key customers - JSC «OKB «Novator». The machine is equipped with Sandvik boring bar and DRO to enhance machine’s performance capabilities.
Earlier other Ryazan turning machines 1M63H-3 and 1M63HPF1-1,5 had been shipped to JSC «OKB «Novator». Those lathes are in operation now and perform the assigned tasks perfectly well. At the moment at our facilities the production of chuck-and-center lathe 16R35F3-3 has been finished and the machine is undergone test;
Altogether 3 heavy-duty CNC lathes, 2 off RT755F3 and 1 off 16R50F308 models are about to be made for JSC «OKB «Novator».
All the machines are equipped with German and Italian turret heads to improve their efficiency and machining quality.
